Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping at EldHavn. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we strive to provide a transparent and fair return process in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

If you are a consumer purchasing through our website (www.eldhavn.com), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email at eldhavn@gmail.com and let us know you wish to return your item.

• You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us.

• The item(s) must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund (including the standard shipping cost from your original order) within 14 days.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom candle designs or scents)

• Products that are unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., candles that have been lit or used)

3. Faulty or Damaged Items (Reklamation)

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us at eldhavn@gmail.com as soon as possible (no later than 2 months after noticing the issue).

• We will offer to replace, repair, or refund the item.

• In these cases, we will cover all associated return shipping costs.

Customers have the right to make a claim for faulty items within 3 years from the date of purchase, as long as the fault was present at delivery or due to manufacturing.

4. How to Return an Item

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used at checkout.

• We will issue your refund within 14 days after receiving your return or proof of shipment.

• If the returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
